water pump freeze

we have a 36ld horizon, winter dry camping, cold weather will freeze water pump and some lines, found 1 inch hole in heat duct on opposite side of water pump area, pointing to rear, hard to get to heat duct to be able to open to get more heat. any suggestions?

I put some fiberglass insulation around my pump and lines that run under the bed.
