Water pump inoperative?

Coach was in the shop for the past several days, for nothing related to water system or any power - just had a couple roof vents installed, awning mechanism repaired, slide topper replaced.

Just went to use the bathroom and found no water pump working. DC switches are on. Does not work with or without ground power. Panel indicates 1/4 tank of water onboard.

I don't see any breakers or fuses as the problem.

This is a new to me coach, so wondering if there is another switch or something that may have gotten flipped when in for service?

Other thoughts?

Thanks in advance, Vince

Is there a pump switch in the water bay? Mine has one and sometimes I accidently hit it off, then when I go in the pump does not work from the inside.

We had a similar problem on Thursday. The rig had been in the shop for windows for a week. Turned out the pump had lost its prime. Went thru the initial startup procedure and it solved the problem.

I don't hear the pump running at all, so would this apply?

I didn't hear the pump either. One other mistake I made was that I had left the fill valve in the fill position rather than closed.
