Water spots or maybe sap

I wash and washed and I still have small spots that are barley visible except to me. What can I use to return the portions of the walls to new like condition?

Another vote for clay barring it. Our water is very hard and will leave spots. The only way I could get them off was clay bar. Now I use a deionizer for the final rinse on my cars and MH and no more spots.
