Water Temp gage

I recently purchased a used 96 Holiday Rambler 35' diesel pusher from Paul Everts in Fresno.
(Big Mistake)
While traveling home I noticed the temp gage did not move up at all, when I started going up hill the Check gage red lite came on, after stopping for a while the light went out, well this happened 2 times on the way home,
First I would like to know who made the gages for Holiday Rambler in 95-96, and does anyone have a wiring diagram?

Thanks !!

I have a similar problem with my 93 Bounder DP. My gauges were made by VDO. After a lot of time dbbl checking wiring and a new sender it's still reading low. There is a card on the back of the gauge that turns on the warning light that I have never been able to locate. If I remove the card and wire the gauge like any other temp gauge it reads to high, long story short that card must be bad but I can't find it. Wiring is simple, power, ground, dash light power and the sender wire.

well I found out my gauges are made by Datcon, I contacted Gilmore in Texas with the guage # but it was not in there data base, They contacted the mfg. and called me back with the correct sender #. Purchased and guage works.
