Now that's my kind of RV'ing!
Definitely been blessed with some unbelievable nice evenings at Wylie Park in Aberdeen, SD. For a campground that's busting at the seams with families and kids, I'm surprised how quiet it gets after 11pm. Love this place . . . .

Camped on PEI at Whispering Pines RV getting ready to travel with our Jeep to the East Coast beaches to search for sea glass then visit Cape Bear. Cap Bear was the first Marconi radio station in Canada to hear distress signal from Titanic

We've had the holiday weekend from hell, it all started when we got invited to a friend's daughters wedding in Maine, my wife managed to book us 4 nights at the moody beach rv park in wells, we were leaving at 8. AM on Thursday morning in hopes of beating the rush. Packed up the day before and pulled the rv in the street to load the car, got the car all loaded and stay trapped down on the dolly. When I got out I noticed the front coach tire looked soft, I got out the compressor and found the tire to be at 39psi, I brought the tire up rpm 95 and the checked the tire for an issue, I found a 3/4" galvanized bridge bolt right in the center of the right front tire. Trip over, unloaded the car and moved the coach back to its pad and unpacked it. I can't get tires till Tuesday.
Went in the house for about an hour and started not feeling that good, checked an realised I have a fever of 101.6, I got the flue and have been down all weekend.
So I guess the bolt I picked up on our back from hilton head last month and caused me to stay home was a good thing.
Hope everyone's weekend was better than ours.

We traded out our old rig on Friday and stayed overnight at the dealer's lot. Minor fixes on Sat - all done and at a CG midpoint on the way home for another overnight shake-down. No further issues with the coach.
The new King Bed is comfortable, campground abuts an Amish farm and when the wind is JUUUUUSST right, it smells like cow manure.
Rest of the weekend will be repacking and reorganizing the new rig. Next trip in 2 weeks.

We are taking the family up to historic Virginia City, Nevada for the weekend. Small town fun with Parade and other activities. Unfortunately, the county pool does not open until middle of next month . We come here a lot as it is close and we love the area.

Getting to know each other! Just bought our first MH, a 2005 Winnebago Adventurer. So far I've replaced a front jack/springs, adjusted brand new water pump bypass pressure so pump won't run continuously, cleaned like crazy...and haven't even left the driveway yet! Much to learn......

Staying at Red Shoes RV Park at the Coushatta Casino in Kinder, LA. Having a great time, and in a few hours my wife's family will be over for a cookout. The park was packed through the weekend but is mostly empty now.

Cleaned the roof and applied Dicor rubber roof treatment (Armor All looking stuff).
Washed and waxed the motor home with help from a friend!
Added a 50 AMP outlet for the storage bay.
Now just sitting here and watching it rain and rain and rain.

We parked in ElCentro CA, at RioBendRV Park, and went to SanDiego for the weekend. And a short trip to Tijuana Mexico.
