I think... for us.. going forward... We will always want a bath and a half unit.. We like it now, and will likely want it in our next rig.. we also like the "kitchen up front" layout.. it seems to well for our style..
Now.. the next one will be a DP, with air suspension and likely a side radiator (not a deal breaker).. most likely it will be 40-43 feet.. it will have an outside entertainment center and will probably be an "all electric" unit as well.. aqua-hot too !!
However, seeing as we just bought our rig two years ago, our next one is about 8-10 years away...
And I believe all diesel engines will have a turbo..

I thought so.....but if you have the toilet, a sink is not a MUST
In all seriousness, my wife's MH has 2 toilets and 3 sinks, so you can tell my statement above is purely in jest.

Okay, being serious, the only thing that I can think of, that my next coach will have that I currently don't.
- No carpet except in the bedroom
- 4 Chassis batteries instead of 2.

My DW had 3 MUST haves, 1). A floor plan where there was a definite Living room and a definite Kitchen area. 2). A residential fridge. 3). A separate washer and drier unit. We were down to a SHORT list of 3 different 5th wheels, THEN we found OUR UNIT it's the Winnebago Journey 40U we currently own, and will in all likely hood, drive till we can't drive any more. It was a case of what everyone will tell you, "You'll know the right unit for you when you walk in and set down for a while".

Wow.....loaded question, but: DP, 4 slides, 1-1\2 baths, porcelain or ceramic floors, washer and dryer, dishwasher, residential refrigerator, king size bed, CREDIT card with no limit and lots of cash! That would just about do it

+42 ft long
Tag axle
4 slides
Both Air & Jack leveling capability
Aquahot
Energy Management System with Solar Panels
NO Carpeting
Nice to have Bath & 1/2
The best awning system money can buy
That being said the 2002 Windsor I have has served us well and it would be hard to justify upgrading for what it would cost. This from someone who looks at RV's for sale daily hoping to find the one I won't let get away.

Really, during a hijacking decades ago (TWA, I think), one of the bad guys emerged from the lavatory with a blue face...
I've become an AquaHot addict/fan.
Any diesel pusher with that system is okay with me.
DW likes a shower area that is behind a door vs walk-thru, and has to have a walkway around three sides of the bed. Odd, but true. Plus, she demands an unobstructed aisle to the lav and fridge with the slides closed. Amazing, how many coaches lack that one simple amenity.
