What book to get for a Newbie on a 40' diesel pusher?

I have bought a used 40 foot diesel pusher (American Tradition) I have never driven an RV before. I have pulled a 28 foot enclosed trailer. What books should I read to learn to drive, operate, and generally be more educated on daily things. I downloaded the owners manual. I got some great info on this site, But would like to read on do's and don'ts. Any good books?

Thanks in advance.

Sounds funny but remember that the new one won't bend in the middle while backing! First thing I noticed after I traded my 5er.

This is my favorite video on driving tips. I tend to review it myself every spring.
