What Company’s Slide Out Seals Would You Recommend?

I guess it’s time to replace my slide out seals on the two slide outs I have. I’ve had the RV for 14 years & have been able to postpone this task until now. Not looking forward to it as this is one of the few things on the RV that I’m completely inexperienced at doing. My questions are:

1) Is this a DIY job, or am I asking for trouble by doing it myself?

2) Is there any one company whose seals are better than the rest? The ones I’ve researched all seem to get good reviews. However, as this is a fairly major project, if there is one particular make of slide out seal that stands above the rest, I may as well use them. Steele Rubber products look very good, but the price is quite a bit higher than other places, so I’m not sure if the extra price is worth it or not.

Steele Rubber Products have some installation videos on the bottom on the page which might help you.

You may also look at Uni-Grip. That's where I got my replacements from
