What do you use for an Outdoor Mat?

I see a lot of RVer use different mats; rugs; Artificial Turf etc at the base of their outdoor steps. I currently use a piece of carpet remnant but think I might need something better and wonder if others might share what you are using and where you got it from.

FYI. We do a lot of camping at State and Provincial campgrounds.

Thanks in advance.
John

Most of the time I use a rubber floor mat with deep ribs and holes in the bottom so as not to track dirt and grass inside.

I store it in the wet bay when not in us.

J & J Sunshades - go to rvmats.com.

Great product, good people to do business with. Long lasting, easy to clean, won't kill grass.

We have a flooring product from Costco that is used as a padding for garages and putting vehicles on it. We have used the fake turf and carpet and various other things. So far this is what Thom is happiest with being able to sweep off and being able to work on the bike easily.

We got a camco outdoor mat from amazon. 8x20? It goes from the front door back past our pullout kitchen. Matches the graphics on our 2010 fleetwood 40x perfectly. comes in travel bag. easy to deal with. DW said get another one to reach the end of the coach!

We use a doormat of that brown bristley stuff, but it's twisted so it stands up, never mats down. It really cleans the dust and crud off the shoes, but only lasts about 6 months or so.

For the "patio" area we bought two 9 x 12s with a pattern DW likes. Personally, I think they're rather flimsy and won't stand up to much, but we'll see.

A household door mat with "wipe your paws" and paw prints on it. We also have about 30'X12' indoor/outdoor carpet from Home Depot. Makes for a nice area to hang out without having to put the flip flops on.

Shaw Living Rib-It 18 in. x 27 in. Charcoal Mat-3W34400510 at The Home Depot

I have a bunch of them ... sweeps easily, dries fast. I use them to kneel on when getting stuff out of basement. And ... cheap !! I also have cut some for the inside stair treads ... I just shake them outside when dirty.

I agree. Best mat I've ever owned, and will probably last a lifetime.

Mat

Tried them all and now find this is the best one yet.
Carefree Dura-mat 72831 Brown Dura-Mat, 8' x 20'.
Dirt washes off easily, folds up very compact and light to carry.
