Have the 2 "O" rings for the lower end...Will be the "last resort" repair/replacement due to having to fabricate things to hide the access hole you must hacksaw open...

Have replaced the vacuum pump bellows & motor with the newest style and replaced all the "duck bills"
Waiting on parts for the "inbound" hose connections to the vacuum pump tank...

If it isn't wine and roses...it's vinegar and thorns...
I had to change the hoses to get my Vacuflush to stop cycling. They were 30 years old.

Cap rivets popped loose above living room slide. Replaced broken ones and added several more. re caulked. Now need to reinstall slide topper. Thinking of taking a few turns off the topper spring.

Bought a 2003 Fleetwood 30H Chevy Workhorse P32 with somewhat low miles
Paid for an RV Inspection. The lab's fluid analysis determined that the wrong trans fluid was in the Allison trans. No damage (thankfully) so, we immediately had it flushed and changed to correct fluid.

2017:
Trans flush and fluid ($$)
Brake light wiring ($)
Brakes repaired ($$$)
Suspension repaired ($$$)
Replaced extend-a-stay with "T" and quick disconnect for new Camp Chef!! ($)
Replaced old tube tvs
Shampoo all carpets and rugs.

Done in Spring 2018:
Fix faucet handle
Wash all curtains.
Replaced a luggage catch that was broken by thieves (don't ask).

Still to do in this week:
Replace missing lug nut!??
Add solar panel and charge controller (trickle charge)
Change oil and filter, check trans, radiator, brake and washer fluid levels.
Check air filter, tire pressures
Check generator oil level, air filter, adjust altitude setting.
Check, clean/replace AC filters
Check/, replace wipers
Check refrigerator vents
Replace water pressure regulator. Install water filter, softener.
Maintenance on all holding tanks, including a good "enema".
Give the water heater an enema, check/replace anode
Check fire extinguishers
Attempt to align the steps (don't ask)
Super glue a cracked wheel flare (don't ask)
Replace a broken awning support strut bracket
Try to correctly install the awning for full extension (arghh)
Install a new screen door grab bar (the door would catch the wind)
Upgrade headlights
Address random wiper activation (consider installing a cutoff switch)
Trace, map and diag coaxial rat's nest. OTA digital antenna, park cable issues)
Create a WiFi network for security/driving cams and DVR, and to stream and cast from mobiles.

We'll... now I need a nap.

Oh yeah, gotta scrape and seal roof and windows.

Yup, after doing all of the above, still having the vacuum leak..
so.. purchased a inflatable "test plug" for the black ABS pipe(s).
found that the leak is in the plumbing buried in the middle of the coach...
The remove & replace of the cross coach pipe is more than I can do by myself.
Have an appointment May 7th @ Premier in Junction City,OR..

Polished headlamps

Just a dab of Colgate toothpaste and 3-4 minutes of light polishing and voila!

UPDATE!
A small local 2 man RV repair crew (Woodard RV-Kaiser, OR. 503.341.5868) gave me a good price for replacing the cross tube (drivers side to vac pump on the passenger side..so used the old pipe to guide the new pipe in place..took a bit of work but now have everything working like it should..DW is HAPPY!

Now will keep the appt. @Premier and try again to address the leveling system forgetting to wake up while it's in "sleep mode"..

Rebuilt and did a full service on our Hurricane Heat/ComfortHot system. PO had had some problems and sold the coach with loose (hot) wires, a fried circulating fan, fried fuse and the original coolant and fuel filter (from the looks of things).

It was a project, but now when I look into that bay, my eyes don't glaze over.

Huh.. I thought that was BS after I tried it on my outlander and it didn't even make a tiny bit of difference.

It's always worked for me. Of course you have to use the old fashion gritty type, not the jells.

I tried that method and got minimal results. I ended up getting new headlight assemblies for the Bounder that we had at that time.

I used 2000 grit wet/dry sandpaper. Kept the plastic surface wet, noticed a 75%-95% improvement after 5 minutes or so. You may want to put painters tape around the adjoining painted edges.
