There are two aspects of the Lazydays Crown Club. One is a clubhouse with free breakfast, lunch and Happy Hours wtih extensive hot & cold d-ouvres. You can go anytime during your membership, which is typically 2 or 3 years. The second, and more important aspect, is a separate service area with its own campground. You get the top service techs and they work on the luxury coach models every day, so they know them inside out. And you get very personalized service. You can stay in the free CC campground while your coach is in or waiting for service, and of course the club house amenities are there as well. That's a huge plus if the work takes 3-4 days (doesn't it always?). They come fetch the coach from your tree-lined campsite in the morning and return it in the late afternoon. You can also stay in the coach overnight while it's still in the service bays, if it can't be brought back to the site.
Naturally, all this extra overhead cost in included somewhere in the sale price, so its not a totally free lunch. But my expereince is that the Lazydays price is very competitive anyway, so maybe it doesn't make much difference?
Our last coach included a two year Crown Club membership and we loved it. We live close enough (100 miles) to get most of our repair work down there plus we always visited the CC for lunch or Happy Hour if we were in the Tampa area. I really miss the CC Service area now that we are no longer eligible.
