Jacks have a lot of strength up and down but left and right, aka laterally, not so much. Having the coach up on ramps will be no less stable than the wheels on the ground. You don't need to be perfectly level. If your comfortable in the so is the fridge. 12" is going to look like a lot but not unheard of but build your ramps to the minimum height necessary. Just watch that the rear hitch doesn't drag or make ground contact.
