What is this??

This has been kicking around in a kitchen cabinet and I've never been quite sure exactly what it is. Any ideas? It's about 20" long and has two Velcro strips on the bottom.

X2

If the cut out is 19", most likely for an a/v component.

How would that be placed in regard to the component?

Take a look at this from the same coach you list in your profile, a 2008 Excursion 40x:

That's exactly what it is. Thanks! For some reason, though, I can't get it to fit! Maybe that's why it was in a cabinet doing nothing.
