What is this?

Could anyone tell me what this reservoir is for and what fluid I should put in it? It il located on the back of a 2001 Cummins ISC 350 DP. Thanks everyone.

If you are looking at the black item under TDC its a engine oil fill location. The white plastic bottle on the right is engine coolant.

Oh, ok. I recently changed the oil myself after buying the MH, and filled it from the top of the valve cover. (Pain in the @#$, not a lot of room). Sure wished I would have known that before! Thanks for the info!
