What is this?

Just purchased a Sportscoach Legend 500TG, I found these under the bed. There is nothing in the manual, looks like some sort of table attachment, but I do not know where it goes. Any ideas?

Could it possibly be something that goes over the sink for counter space?

Do you have a large oval shaped dinette? That looks like what could be put in the space to convert it to a bed.
