What unique features did the coach builder provide

I saw a thread that mentioned a inflatable door gasket seal, I think on an Entegra.
Never knew this existed
Since there are so many different builders, it made me curious on what other kinds of features might be available in the marketplace.

So what are the neat features that came on your coach, and are they good or bad things to have?
This is not a thread about what you added, but what the builder provided.

Dan

I dont know about newer ones, but my old Rexhalls' house framing is a welded steel cage instead of wood.

That's the best thing they could have provided in my opinion too.

My Monaco "S" series chassis has the same air gasket on the door. It also has a completely welded house frame, a 10 air bag chassis, tag axle and a huge engine. It came with all the options I wanted including 4 slides!

Thinking last night, I remember I was surprised when I saw that Tiffin installed,
A battery pulser for house batteries,, and battery tender for the coach batteries.

Also the swivel sewer discharge and motion sensing cargo lights.
Still don't understand why they did not connect the chassis batteries to the systems test panel so I can check all batteries from one spot.

Regards,
Dan

American coach has had this door feature for many years now....

30" Avionics Entry Door w/Deadbolt & Pneumatic Air Latches

The pneumatic air latches is pretty unique!

I think it functions similar to a the inflated gasket setup to reduce wind noise.....would someone who has one comment on how this works?

The door has wedge shaped locks around the door that are pneumatic. When the door is shut and lock engaged the wedges force the door closed tight to the sealing gasket around the door frame. The system can be unlocked with an air switch by the passenger seat.
