Like the walk-through bathroom with the big corner shower. Also the utility lights (or whatever you call those nightlights throughout the coach near the floor). I do wish the TV wasn't above the front window.

Ours had the TV over the front dash as well, but it was a fairly simple fix to buy a flatscreen TV and mount it over the desk opposite the couch.
We decided to keep the deep cabinet up front, but we removed the front cabinet, cut it back to get rid of the head knocker, and made a cabinet front with doors. We use it for the bedding for the fold out couch!

We changed out the old TV in the bedroom as well, and mounted the new flat screen on a swivel arm that allows access to the space behind the TV.

Moral of the story, don't get so set on a feature you "must have" and let it prevent you from buying the otherwise perfect coach if you can make a change fairly simply and economically to MAKE it your perfect coach!

In our first RV, we liked the dining booth on the awning side (passenger side) of the coach, allowing a view of our campsite. Unfortunately our "new to us" 2nd coach doesn't feature this, and now we have a view of the "utility hookups" side --not as pleasing in most campsites. Not a deal killer, but not as nice a dining arrangement.

In our case, it wasn't one thing but the fact that all of the "must haves" on our list were there along with most of the "nice to haves" so we decided to pull the trigger. We got the price point we wanted and made the deal. Very happy so far!

For us it was the bathroom. We both hate bathrooms that span the coach and you have to go through them to get to the bedroom.

The floorplan is what impressed us the most. The three top items are that you face the TV without having to turn your body, a large pantry and bathroom you don't walk through to get to the bedroom.

The theater seating with two recliners and the 42" TV across from it. No head banger tv over the cockpit. His and hers vanities and it's a Newmar.

For our most recent RV purchase, we wanted no more than about 32' in length, a long enough sofa to replace with two great recliners, king size bed, auto level, 50-amp with two AC units, and a brand known for great quality.

There was only one coach that we found which met these. Newmar Bay Star 3124.

We had the dealer remove the 87" sofa before we took delivery and immediately installed our Best Furniture Picot swivel/rocker/recliners. The recliners plus the king size bed and we're just as comfortable on the road as we are at home.

The King size bed and rear window in the bedroom make a nice difference for us.

Newmar designers were in top form in creating this floorplan and getting it all in just under 32'! The quality of the build and a lot of little things, like the warm-white LED interior lighting, LED tail lights and turn indicators, residential fridge are very nice.

Diesel engine, Allison 6 spd Tranny, sleeps only 3, 2 bathrooms, king bed, lots of inside storage, W/D, dishwasher, no prior owners screwing it up.

For us it was the floor plan in general combined with the overall quality of the interior when compared to many of the other coaches we had looked at. The relatively low mileage, a look at the maintenance records, the reasonable price - and finally the way the dealership handled the whole sales process - sealed the deal for us.

My wife and I had a few "must haves" when we switched from full timing in our 30 ft TT to our DP. First, a residential refrigerator. We tired of the constant trips to the store to restock the 8 cubic foot refer ands it's inconsistent cooling. Second was an office area with desk. Previously we used our dinette table and it was a hassle to have to clear it off when needed for dinner. We also wanted a separate washer and dryer. Using a laundromat is OK but having one onboard is great. One other we didn't know anything about was the Aqua Hot feature. Wouldn't have another rig without one, love it. Im kinda a wood freak and I love beautiful cabinets. That and the other features led us to the Monaco we have now. We don't see many that are still putting out that quality. We look around every so often and are disappointed in some of the fit and finish we see being offered today for such a high price point.
