Wheel well trim on 2000 Rexhall Rexair

We just recently purchased a 2000 Rexhall Rexair 36 ft. Apparently the previous owner experienced a blowout and the driver's side rear wheel well trim has been replaced but it looks terrible. I called Rexhall and they were going to send me an order form but I never received it. Does anyone have any ideas? The sites I have searched do not appear to have anything ready-made that will work. I did find a company that will make you a duplicate if you send them the trim but we don't want to take a chance on sending one of our "good" pieces and we, of course, don't have the one that was damaged.

I don't know what part of country you are in but there is a Rexhall club which is having a homecoming at Lancaster end of this month. You can check website for info. Also best solution is to call Rexhall again and get the part from them. They keep molds of parts. Talk with Alex in parts or PM me with your number and I'll make sure you get sent a form when I'm there end of this month.
