In my mind, it's time to find a new 'road hazard outfit', and a new insurance company. I would have expected them both to step up to the plate and help you in your hour of need.

Funny thing is---the road hazard outfit WAS the much adored Coach-Net "Premier" Interstate Roadside Service Program now that I look at our paperwork-----Even more steam is rising off my forehead right now. In my mind, "no bueno por sheet" Sunday night.

If there is anybody here that can guide me to the top of the food chain there---MUCH appreciated

Although I had quite an adventure, I had no issues with either the insurance company or the Coach-Net service. In fact, we were happy with BOTH. With regard to Coach-Net we are planning on keeping the service and with regard to Progressive we only switched insurance companies because we recently bought a house and it was less expensive to insurance everything with a different company.

The problems that I had were associated with 1) the tow truck operaters; 2) Goodyear's Wingfoot service person who broke our suspension; 3) that the local Cummins woudl not take the rig unless the wheels were intact; and 4) the service at the repair shop.

Coach-Net did what they were supposed to do and never flinched even though we had 2 tows that they paid for within a month. The sending a mechanic or tow truck and only paying for one of these is in the service agreement so I had no issue with that; likewise, our insurance company did take care of us.

With regard to Goodyear, while we were very unhappy about what happened, without having to push them they did pay for the repairs including the tow and our hotel stay while that was being taken care of...this included paying for overnighting of a suspension part.

After going through the documents, we have National Interstate Premier Road Service with benefits provided and administered by Coach-Net. Hopefully one hand washes the other.
