dkrobath, come to Arizona!!

Yes, I said Arizona!
We are in the White Mountains at 7200' elevation in Pinetop and are parked at Hon Dah RV on the Apache reservation. 928-369-7400.
Web site: hon-dah.com/rv_park.html There is, if interested, a casino across the street!!
Plenty of lakes on the reservation and off! Average summer temps 70s to MAYBE mid 90s
Less than 200 miles NE of Phoenix, about 150 from Flagstaff and 225 to Grand Canyon.
And just about 1000 miles from Houston. Safe travels.

Hop over to I35 and ride it north all the way to Minnesota and then take a right and head to Wisconsin. Our winters suck but I've yet to find a place I like better in the summer. Great weather, fishing, camping. Something touristy, hit up Wisconsin Dells, or head north to Hayward and enjoy the woods and nature.

Florida! Love the heat...cant stand the cold. We are sitting here in the hill country of Texas with 50 degrees, damp and overcast. Been like this all winter and we will never return. We simply can't go outside cause we can't get warm.

Humboldt County, CA; Eureka, Trinidad (Sounds of the Sea RV Park), north via Crescent City, CA; Coos Bay, OR; then east Eugene, OR; Willamette National Forest and on to Bend, OR. Great summer weather up there and beautiful.
