Great minds think alike.
We had (past tense) two chairs and a folding coffee table. The two chairs took up a bunch of space in the closet and were never used. The table stored under the couch. Never used because of the hassle getting it in and out.
When we re-modelled and tossed the couch, took the table and chairs out and put them in the Garage Sale. Used the money for a nice night out.
Problem solved.....

I installed one of those wire shelves just far enough off the rear closet floor for the folding chairs to fit under it. It will "hinge" on the mounts holding it to the rear wall of the closet allowing easier access.

We use all the space in both the "basement" and under the bed, I had to come up with something else.

We have two folding extra dining chairs. They live in the deep section of our rear closet, and have been used perhaps four or five times in the past 16 months, so they continue to make the cut. So does the Splendide, my tools, my wife's quilting stash, etc., etc. They all take up valuable space. Every square foot on a MH is valuable, and the evaluation process is repetitive, ongoing, and endless. What makes the cut this week may be gone by next. This is the business we've chosen.
