If you have a Menard's down there, they will custom cut sheets for you. But I don't think they have those in the south. One thing you might try is to see if the Home Depot has the material you like and see if they will cut it for you.

The ACE hardware people might be able to help you to order custom cuts if you have a local one also.

Home Depot &or Lowes. You can cut it. Use a sharp razor utility knife, scribe (scratch) a line a few times using a straight edge. Place over a square corner and snap.

If HD or Lowes can't do it I would call a glass shop or two. I believe some handle plexiglass too.

Opt for Lexan vice Plexiglass if you are doing the cutting. Much less chance of it shattering vice breaking along the score line.

I made Lexan panels for our prior TT screen door and now the MH screen door. We camp mostly with AC (or Heat) and we can leave the door open and still allow light in.

Bought them at either Lowes or Home Depot and used a circular/jigsaw to cut and a rasp/file to soften the edges.
