Where to visit in or near Arizona?

We are going to be in Arizona Feb 16 - 25. We will be staying at McCoys Mobile Home RV Park from the 16th to the 22nd. We were looking to stay at Rancho Sedona RV Park from the 22 - 25 but they have no availability for a 43' class A for these dates.

Where should we go fo the weekend? (we wore out Las Vegas at New Years)

We want to arrive on Friday and depart on Monday, need to get back to Goodyear, AZ before our flight leaves Monday night.

Try the Zane Gray Park in Camp Verde. It's only about 20 miles from Sedona and one of the nicest parks we have stayed in.

Its brand new. Let us know how you like it after you stay. I assume you will still want to visit Sedona, but there are lots of things to do/places to eat in Cottonwood too, since you'll be camping there. If you let us know what you like (e.g. eating out, historic sites, hiking, horseback riding, ATVing, etc.) we can provide area suggestions.

Don't miss out on Jerome, AZ while you are there. One of the coolest places we've been.

Actually, it's not brand new since we stayed there about six years ago and they have reviews on RVParkReveiws.com dating back to 2005.

Also, be sure to visit Montezuma's Castle which is near there. It's an abandoned Indian cliff dwelling and very interesting to see. It is probably closed now, but should be open once the shutdown ends.

My mistake. I was confusing it with a brand new one in Cottonwood. Now I see ZG is in Camp Verde. Sorry.
