If you have a smart phone, there is the Blue Beacon app. There is also a great app, "My DAT Trucker Services'.

It lists the following in your area or along your route, Truck Stops, Truck Washes (Beacon and independent), Walmarts, Rest Areas, Fuel Prices and Scales.

Blue beacon is nation wide. They do a great job and it is touch less if you tell then no brushing. Their bug chemical melts the bugs off and does not hurt the paint. You really don't want a hand wash job as you are just scratching the paint with the wash MIT or brush. I get the wash and rainex treatment at the BB and it cost about $50 and takes they about 30 minutes or so. They also use a RO water spot free rinse. Only place my semis or pickups and motor homes ever get washed.

I'm pretty sure when you said they do it all that included wax, top to bottom and full outside detail. At least it did for me in the north Dallas area and it was $350 + tip. I was able to put my preferred cleaners in their hands and watch as they hand rubbed it. No doubt this isn't cheap but for the twice a year full blown clean and shine, for me it's a time saver and they did an excellent job. Knocking the dirt off and giving it a good once over is a different matter.

I have not used - but seen mobile wash units advertised in some CG offices and onsite working and trolling. I imagine they have a quickie wash that is affordable. And if I need a wash I will inquire and negotiate - especially if they came up empty on their troll. A guys gotta make a buck and a guys gotta try to save one too. Time is money.

That included 2 coats of wax, cleaning from roof down, polish the aluminum rims, clean and treat the awnings and rainx.

Just a wash was around $100.00. For me, it's worth the money not to give up a day or more to washing, waxing, polishing, etc.. I also willing pay for all service work, life is way to short to spend time changing oil and washing vehicles. I can get more money, but no way to get more time once it's gone.

I am pretty much not a clean vehicle fanatic (pay for a hand wash/wax twice per year) but there are times when the dust and dirt just gets too much. I typically wait until there is a nice summer rain (no lightning), put on a bathing suit (with a shirt on - bare chests are not good on old men) and, with a bucket of free rinsing cleaner and a long handled brush I wash the motorhome and let the rain do the rinsing. Rain water is mostly soft and does not leave a lot of spots, and I really could care less if there are some. After all, I am looking for parade quality (looks good from the curb) and not show quality.

If you just have road dirt and dust, not caked on mud, use aero wash. A dry wash system. You can wash anywhere.
