Where's my water? Something clogged...

Well, the next gremlin has appeared. Actually, been around a while, but I assumed I was hooked to low-pressure systems. I just finished 5,000 miles and 10+ different RV parks. The pressure in my rig was ALWAYS terribly low. My wife just used the on-board pump and drained the tank. And, I always thought the tank took too long to refill. Google led me to articles that all suggested the screen and/or the pressure regulator. I ordered a new pressure regulator from Amazon and some screens. When I removed the old pressure regulator, it looked fine (screen was clear) and water flowed like a river when attached to my house. The new one did not flow any differently. Yikes, what's blocking it up? Just a trickle comes out of our plumbing unless we run the pump. I pulled the 90 degree next and can see something inside the line going into the rig, i am guessing it is a check valve. I pulled it lightly with my fingers but it did not come out....

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Yep.

Get it out because it is closed. It most likely is the check valve to isolate Potable water from onboard but it is blocked. get it out and replace it.

City water connection has an internal check valve (prevents water from flowing out when using pump)
They are cheap plastic junk.......plunger/spring/o-ring assembly'
O-ring gets dislodged and restricts flow

Thanks guys! I took pressed on it and indeed it was stuck. It seems to work now, not sure how to remove/replace it though. I just pushed on it and it "popped" and water came out. Seems "loose" now... maybe it will be fine for a while? Thanks again.

I went to Camping World and asked them and they had a brass check valve to replace the cheap plastic one. It works great. About $10 as I remember.
