Which Batteries for Baystar?

After being on PPL's consignment lot, the 2 house batteries in my 2014 Newmar Baystar 3215 won't charge past 10.5V. The cases are 12V and branded Interstate. The coach came without a detailed spec sheet.

Does anyone know the group size, model, and Ah rating I need for replacements?

I'm going to stay with wet flooded because it's for sale after 3,000 miles, 1,400 of which we're put on by Newmar's driving it to the dealership.

Wal-Mart brand, Marine/Deep cycle, group size 27 batteries.

They will get you thru the next 1600 miles.

You can use any size or brand that fits, and longevity does not seem to be a concern. I would go with the Walmart or similar private label discount brand of "RV/Marine deep cycle" or "trolling motor battery". Either Group 24 or Group 27 size should fit nicely. The 27 will have about 15-20% greater amp-hour capacity, which is useful if you ever expect to camp without shore power.

Or you can go to walmart or costco and pick up a couple of 6 volt gc2 golf cart batteries and wire them in series.

Just go to Costco sams or TSC and get ONE group 31 and put it in.

It is the largest "common use" battery as many diesel Pu use it so very good bang for buck and will work just fine.

Group 24 or 27 also will work well.

If all same price get 31
