Dont know about other years,but my 05 Gulfstream has it also
If I may inquire? 007, what maintence are you referring too? seam caulking? or is there more?

The 2 piece aluminum roof was standard and the one piece fiberglass roof was an option.

p.s my 2006 Has a fiberglass roof that was standard, but i know the OP is looking at earlier units.

All Winnebago's in the years that you mention come with Fiberglas roofs.

My 1999 Rexhall has a fiberglass roof. I like it so much more than a rubber roof.
