Which Coaches are All electric?
I know about Entegra Anthem, what others?

You can also order a Newmar Dutch Star with all electric and I believe some of the Tiffins are set up that way. The top Newmar models are all electric. American Coach has several that are all electric and I'm sure there are others.

I am pretty sure the newer Winnebago tours are all electric.

Almost ALL manufacturers will have all electric models, especially in their DP coaches. Just search through the manufacturer web sites.

Foretravel is all electric and my coach is now all electric too. You can make an older coach all electric if it has aquahot. I pulled my fridge after 13 years and put in a residential and pulled my stove and put in an induction in its spot and then pulled the propane tank and put in a 4th battery. Works like a charm and and I am ride of propane for good now.
