Which Electric Heater ?

Looking to purchase an electric heater for fall & winter camping. What are some of the models / brands you guys like the best?

Where do you place the heater in coach?

Depends on whether you are with/without hookups. I nearly always camp with electricity from shore power- so I prefer one that works off 120v. I also like the "fireplace" effect so I chose this one:
You can get just a heater only for a lot less ($30-$50) This particular one was $90.00 but I like it alot. I've had it for two years with no problems. Hope this helps...

I like the ceramic disc type because they are small.
Pelonis used to be a good brand but like so many other brands are now made in China and I don't know if the quality is still there.

My favorite is the Holmes Whisper Quiet.

Heater Holmes Whisper Quiet Power - HFH2986-U

It's not the smallest like some of the ceramic ones but is very quiet on low. One down side is since the controls are electronic you can't hook up a timer to it and have it turn on in the morning.

We just picked one of these up at Lowe's the last time out - works very nicely. I was 'puttering' around in the 5er yesterday and it moved the temp from 56* to my set point of 65* in minutes on Low (the 900 watt setting). We bought the black version
