Which is better...Diplomat or Endeavor?

I am attempting to trade my coach in on a 2006 Monaco Diplomat, 40 feet with quad slides. The dealer could not find one that he could obtain. He suggested that I widen my search by adding a 2006 Holiday Rambler Endeavor, 40 feet with quad slides. He said that they are the same body, chassis and engine. I checked online and they sure look alike. Are they really the same in all respects or am I missing something? Help is appreciated.

Nearly identical except for tiny variations in trim and the nameplate. Both come from Monaco and built on the same assembly line.

When we were on a Monaco plant tour a couple years ago, that question was asked and the tour guide just grinned, pointed to the Monacos and HRs side by side on the assembly line, and asked if anybody could see any differences.

Diplomat or Endeover

When we were looking for a Diplomat we were at a dealer that carried both and were told the Endeover is slightly upscale. When we compared the two side by side he was correct. We ended up with the Endeover because we liked the color better, There were 3 minor differences that would not make a difference in which one I purchased.
