So, you will not need to spend money on the Tiffin to make it into exactly what you both desire. You will need to spend money on the Tour for the same reasoning. Tour is out-of-warranty, and one assumes all the bugs are corrected already. Tiffin comes with new factory warranty to cover all the minor stuff that is normally needing attention/missed by the factory. For both units, the appliances still have their own warranties (some 3 years) remaining. Tire date codes are an unknown, so a replacement schedule is also an unknown.
If I stick to my reasoning for buying our present coach, I vote for the Tour.

To follow up on this thread we did place a deposit on a 2013 Tour 42QD. Just need to go down and take a look at it.
Thanks for the comments. And actually the Tour would end up being about $23K less than the new Tiffin. That will more than pay for a extended warranty if we choose.
