Who uses a cover and what type

I'm thinking of purchasing a cover for my 40ft Class A and was wondering who uses a cover during the off season and if you do, is it a full cover or roof cover only.

"Trynforpar".....I bought a really nice duck cloth cover custom made by Adco several years ago (about $1200.00). It was great, but a nightmare to install because of the weight. We take the RV out at least once a month and it got to be a pain. The cover now sits in a storage box.

With that stated, we are lucky and live where we can RV 12 months out of the year and do, but if I lived where my RV had to be put up for the winter, I would definitely cover it. It just makes good sense to protect it from the elements when you can.

Living in the Denver area, we have also covered our RV for at least three months out of the year. We have had a couple of the Adco off of the shelf full covers and they seem to last about three years in the Colorado sun, wind and snow. I've had it down to about ten minutes putting it on and off on the last MH, but haven't tried it yet on the new MH. And I hope I won't have to cover it until late November!
