Robin_M,
Sorry about the delay. We are at a repair shop (Oregon Motor Coach Center, Eugene). The warranty company is sending someone to inspect our inverter before they authorize repair or replacement. Thought they would be here this morning so I could update on the decision-not here yet.

Ours is the Diamond Coverage thru WW to ProTrek. Looks like the Administrator is Dealers Alliance Corp (ours is out of New Mexico) and the Tire and Wheel Coverage is through Cornerstone United.

Hope this is what you were looking for.

Yes, thanks. It also makes me feel good that your claims experience has been so trouble-free, because ProTrek is also what we have but we have not had any claims yet. So your experience with them is not only good for you, but also encouraging to me. Hope you're inverter claim goes as well as the others.

Great news! $2,300 of the less than $3,000 for a new inverter is covered ! We feel that is more than fair. Robin_M, the best art is on a the repairs we have never had to talk with the warranty company. The repair shop does and explains what the problem is. Also, the only money we have had to pay is our $200 deductible to the repair shop, the rest of the bill is paid to the repair company by the warranty folks.
