Have added a steering stabilizer to every 4X4 I have ever owned and put a Safe-T-Plus on our Class A.
Obvious/Immediate difference is that the rig stops following ruts and lane edges.
Not so obvious, but totally believable is the control aid provided in the event of a steering tire blow-out.
