Why is a pic like this important?

When looking a rv's for sale on line, there is always the obligatory pic, such as the one below. Why is this view so important? I'd rather have a pov pic while sitting on the throne if a throne pic is that important. Pics of the ceiling around sky lights or around windows to show no leaks are better than looking down on a throne.

Basic picture of bathroom area...shows how much room or lack thereof

Gives one an idea of which toilet....just like picture of range/oven, fridge

If interested in the RV you can most like contact seller and ask for more pictures....

It's only "important" if you want to know how little "left side elbow room" there is when you're sitting on the toilet.

I don't mind seeing a photo, it's just the "Facebook blurr" that I don't like!

One of the basic bits of advice given to prospective shoppers is to sit on everything. A reason for that is space around the toilet as well as space in front to close the door. The height of the seat is also an issue. In short, a lot of reasons for the pic.

The really neat thing is if you don't like the picture you can usually just click on the arrow and keep moving on till you find a picture you like.

On land, building codes or industry standards stipulate that toilets must be installed a certain minimum distance from each sidewall. No such regulatory code exists for RVs, but the laws of physics and human geometry still apply.
The picture gives visual proof that the toilet room is usable.

Lets me see if it has a sprayer or not too. If not, will need to get added!

Because there are prospective buyers out there that would say, "Look at that....... It even comes with a toilet".

Is the sprayer for:
a. washing off the dinner plates.
b. cleaning your feet before the shower.
c. water fights with the spouse or kids.
d. a quick way to get a drink on the toilet.
e. all of the above.

BTW, the gals normally don't get to look down on the toilet as much as the guys do, a very sexist camera angle.

Sad to say--but a fair number of our fellow RV travelers might not fit in the std RV bathroom configuration.....thus the need for more rear bathroom/bedroom suites.....
