Windshield cover - Itasca Suncruiser

Just about to pick up our new to us 2005 Suncruiser 37B. When doing our first walk around, I noticed that there are 1/2 turn locks around the exterior of the windshield. It is not included so I was wondering if this was an aftermarket product or from Itasca? Where would I find a replacement if it is a standard item?

It sounds like a Sunguard sunshade; they offer those turn locks as an option for installation. (Though it could easily be another brand as well.) We ordered ours from RVToyStore.com. RV Windshield Covers at RV TOY STORE - Sunguard Shade Products

I've got a 2002 Newmar Mountain Aire and I just got a quote for a Magne Shade by Hunckler Fabrication; just thought I would share for the thread. I'm sure most owners can use these numbers as a good estimate.

The windshield shade for your coach in Black or Dark Brown is $458.00 this price includes windshield wiper covers. Dark colors i.e., Black or Dark Brown will offer the best heat and U.V. protection while at the same time provide you with a better daytime view out of your coach and will not show stains caused by roof run off.

Magne Shades are custom fabricated for your specific vehicle windshield. The fabric we use is a premium Textilene PVC-coated polyester exterior sun block material (90% sun and UV protection), bound with an acrylic Sunbrella bias binding.

Exterior driver or passenger shade with your choice of exterior valance design $195.00 ea. Entry door shade $121.00 Small fixed or sliding window $121.00

The shades ship with the interior magnets with a pre-applied peel and stick high-temperature adhesive, a standard 48" installation rod, and instructions. You have the option of purchasing an upgrade to the standard rod we make a telescoping aluminum rod for $29.00, which I would strongly recommend purchasing for your coach.

Additionally we offer our customers the option of purchasing a storage bag for $33.00. This is a great way to store your shade when not in use. Shipping is $29.00 for windshield shade only or $37.00 for windshield shade and additional window shades - anywhere in the continental U.S.

The prices in this quote are guaranteed for 30 days. After that prices are subject to change without notice.

Please let me know if you have questions, we hope to custom fabricate a Magne Shade for your coach. We know you will love it!

If you have any questions at all or would like to place an order please call us at 336-753-0905. Thank you again for your interest in Magne Shade by Hunckler Fabrication.

Every shade seller i have seen offers turn-locks or snaps.
They are either custom made, or from a seller-unique pattern. Meaning the holes may not line up.
If you can determine who made yours you may be able to get a match.
