Windshield Replacement in Northern California

The front windshield on our 2014 Forest River Legacy is cracked. Guardian will ship the replacement to a shop for installation, so I am looking for a recommendation on an installer to do the work in our area. Prefer someone in the Sacramento area.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Their website give the appearance they have install shops nationwide. They should have the name and number of their approved shop when you call that number.

Contact RV Glass Solutions in Coburg, OR, 888.777.6778. Odds are your glass will come from their warehouse. If your schedule permits, a trip to their facility may save you some money. They have electrical plug ins for overnighting customers. I went to their facility to have a windshield replaced this past spring and saved quite a bit. As a retiree with the time available, it was a nice overnight trip for me.

I used RV Glass Solutions for the glass which was then installed by Orangevale Glass about 10 years ago.

If you have your coach insured, (doesn't everyone?), simply call your insurance company and have them send an installer and the glass to you...(that's one of the things you pay the insurance company for.... and what they do in return for the $$ you pay them).
If you don't use what you buy and pay for, (whatever that might be), you are wasting your time and your money).

If you didn't get it done yet....Don's Mobile Glass - Modesto, CA 855-411-5949

They have been in business since 1960 and have expert installers that have experience with motor homes. The catch is whether you are out of their service area 50-60 miles. Their closest store would be Manteca. Most windshields for motorhomes are always 2 man job.
