Check for voltage at the motor when the dash wiper switch is on. You can also use jumper wires to the motor to see if it's the motor, switch or fuse.

barrysh, welcome to the iRV2 community!

Using jumper wires from good 12 v source can eliminate many problems. Also a good ground jumper can eliminate that possibility. In addition, the 'parking' switch that shuts off wiper when in proper position on windshield should be checked. If testing in place with power hasn't identified problem, removal and cleaning of the wiper mechanism would be the next step.

I had a 2010 bounder the linkage was not set correctly and over extended the wipers and got stuck. I don't think the wipers where fused properly and burned up the module under the dash. The module was a ford part, however for warranty reasons refused to replace it saying it was fleetwoods fault to which fleetwood said its fords part. I was able to jump 12 volts strait to motor to get me home. Hope this helps
