If you are more specific about what make and model of Motor Home you own you may get better help. Year narrows it down to only about 200 - 300 possible types of motor homes.
Yes all Motor Homes have two sets of batteries , one to power 12 volt chassis , and another to power the house systems. What you are looking at is likely only the house system battery status. The engine and starter is off the chassis battery.
You may have a battery boost dash switch that will connect the chassis and house batteries together , operate that switch then try to start your motorhome. Once it starts, release the switch.
Good luck.
