Winnebago Forza 34T

Bought a 2012 33' Fleetwood Storm from General RV in Canton OH, and regretted the day I bought it, not necessarily because it was a Fleetwood but because I couldn't get any response from General RV in Canton with the obvious problems, I had the unit in 3 times for the same issues and the were never repaired.
I just bought a 2014 Winnebago 34T from "again" General RV out of Michigan, from a very personable salesman named Dan, can anyone tell me the difference in.
1) The dealerships
2) The Overall purchases.

Thanks, Bill

Hi Bill, I too have just bought a Forza. I have Rented Diesel Pushers in the past and have had no problems with handling on windy days, but the Forza is a handful in a cross wind.
How does your Forza handle in the wind?

Forza

Davidd,

I've had multiple driving nightmares with my Forza but Freightliner has eliminated all but the crosswind "swerving" if you will.
I have been looking for a sway bar but have been told there is no part number for the 2014 yet. If you hear of one please let me know!

Thanks, Bill

We have a 2014 Forza 34T. We just added the Henderson Supersteer trim unit for the Safe-T-Plus (blue) steering stabilizer and the Henderson motion control units. My husband likes the trim unit...it helps keep his center line on windy days, uneven road etc. There are videos to show how it works. We haven't been able to get out since the 1 1/2 hour drive back but were more concerned with new toad braking system. DH says coach handled well and having to pass someone on the shoulder gave him more confidence with the coach.
What did they do for your coach at Freightliner to correct your drivability issues Bill?

Also we were told at Freightliner that they used 2 different size tie rods on the Forza. We couldn't get parts because we had to know the diameter and Freightliner can't tell you which ones they used. We had to have them measured while in for other work. Good luck!

I hope you're not knocking the Storm. Sounds like a bad experience with the dealer. I took delivery of a 2014 Storm with only a couple problems (see my post). Even the dealer I purchased from has problems hiring competent help. Bottom line....any RV is only as good as the people you purchase from. Other than warranty issues, fix it yourself and be happy that it's done right the first time.
Happy motoring!
