Hello Matt and . We are glad to have you join us here and we look forward to reading of your adventures and experiences. I am sure you will enjoy our website and forums. Good luck, stay safe and keep us posted.
Please give us chassis info, so we can be of better help. I am sure you have checked for good voltage and grounds and if you can provide what those reading are and where they were taken could be helpful too. Thank you

Mike, it is a freightliner chassis with a 330hp cummins. The motorhome fires right up if i get under it and jump across stater and sel. But i do not have any thing in the select shift console. Its like the shift pad is keeping the engine from turning over. Please help as iam at the us nationals in indy and i cant start it. Thank you matt

Yes, the lack of power to the shifter panel will prevent it from starting. The shifter can't report that it is in neutral, so the engine refuses to crank (park/neutral interlock is working as designed).

Odds are you have a transmission control relay that is not working, or a wire to/from it has come loose. The relays are usually near the transmission controller, somewhere in the rear of the coach. I've had a loose wire on one of mine and it kept us hunting for 3 days before we stumbled onto the intermittent connection.

I would look for a loose connection or a fuse, but you've probably got that covered. Best of luck and I hope you get it started!
