I don't know the HR product but last year (August 2017) bought a 'late-model' Win Vista, (2015). The coach had 7,400 miles on it when we got it. It now has just about 15,000.
The components they have put in (stove, fridge, A/C, heater, water pump, water heater, loft bed, etc) have all worked well. In fact, they have had slack in them for someone like me who does not always follow the rules when operating the item.
The fit and finish is another story. The quality of the cabinets, fasteners (can you spell small screws and too much press-board) and the finish of same is lacking. Water leaks from the shower connection when it is on etc.
I did not see the Vista as a mid-level in the Win line, but an entry level (cheapest). Or maybe that is just the model I bought.
The truck side of this coach is good, after the suspension fixes, pretty good. The house side has met our expectations and with a few exceptions has met our needs.
