Winnebago Parking Air Brake Switch

Winnebago Parking Air Brake Switch
2012 Itasca Ellipse 43 JD

My 2 slide are outs are extended, slides won't go in, the "Not in Park/Brake" stays on With motor running and slides don't move.
when we turn off the key we hear a vaccum air sound under the odomoter cover. With the key off we are then able to get the
slides to come in. The same issue happens in reverse (when we are extending the slides) and we have been told we need to
have the motor running when extending the slides. any ideas on how to fix this issue

Crawl under the dash and find the spring brake (parking brake knob) and look at the air hoses going to and from the back of the brake knob. There's also a switch on the back of the knob for the "Not in Park/Brake" light. It could have come loose but I'd still look under the dash to find out if you have an air leak.
