Winnebago Vista 35F water heater by-pass

I purchased a 2014 Winnebago Vista 35f in the fall. I didn't winterized it and now i was starting to dewinterize today but couldn't find the hot water heater bypass. The manual said it was behind the water heater. You are supposed to have access under the stove. I removed the panel and there was the water heater, but I didn t see the bypass valve. Any thoughts?
