Winnebago Will Not Start

My wife is stranded in Jasper TN. Pulled in to fill up a short time ago in our 2013 Winnebago Journey 36M will only 7,000 miles and suddenly will not start. Battery is strong but it acts like no fuel. Never had a problem and waiting for Good Sam's road side assistance but stuck as the diesel pump. Any ideas?

I appreciate the assistance from this group. We are new to the RV world and this is the first time ever getting stranded.

Sorry I have to ask this question. Is the shift indicator in neutral? Most times the engine will not turn over if it is not, but they could have changed it in later years than my RV.

Also break is engaged?

Winnebago will not start

When the Good Sam service person showed up an hour later, it cranked right up. He said it was likely the engine was too hot and she needed to add a fuel additive each time she fils up to prevent mold from growing. She had only been running about 7 hours total that day which we have done befor without issue. Fortunately she had no further problems.

Thanks.
