Hi folks....I found a clean 99 winnebago adventurer diesel pusher. It is the 34' model with a single slide. It seems pretty clean, well built coach. it has 22k miles, with 114 hours on the diesel genset. It has the 275hp cummins, and is fairly loaded.
Is there anything I should look out for on these coachs? I drove it and it drove real nice. Although, it did seem pretty slow..but this was the first M/H I have ever driven. It did get up to speed pretty fast...I just had to floor it. Is this representitive of this size of coach with that kind of horse power?

Perhaps it would be a good idea to have a mechanic of your choice pull it over a pit and look obvious leaks, missing bolts, cracked frame, crossmembers etc.
Check the radiator to make sure there is good air flow through it. The crankcase breather dumps on the radiator in most applications.

ROOF EDGE JOINT:
Take a ladder and press inward just above the roof/sidewall joint to make sure it is sealed. Winnebago products (I have one) are notorious for being poorly sealed. Not a deal breaker if the price is right, but somewhat of a pain to re-caulk.
