Just turn the heat down to say 45-50 during the day - that will use very little Propane and make the coach so much more livable - We have done this sort of thing often and just used the water and the Dump tanks as everything is Heated.

Your Plan sounds sound - Enjoy the Visit and your own Bed.
Thanks. I feel more comfortable with my option now. I have thought if i needed to use the restroom in the middle of the night i could. the black tank has a fair amount of antifreeze in it and I could just take a couple gallons of water to use as needed and not have to unwinterize everything and then just dump into a bucket when I get back home and drop some more antifreeze in black tank and toilet seal and feel good for the rest of the winter.

We usually travel with a couple of gallons of RV antifreeze and use it to manually flush the toilet after use. In a pinch we've used windshield washer fluid, whichever is cheaper. Just pour it in and press the pedal to flush.

thats not a bad idea. i was thinking water wouldn't be that big of a deal but nothing says it has to be water. the more antifreeze in there the better would be my guess.
