We live in Reno Nevada and the winters can get pretty cold especially at night. I had the outside shower hose freeze and crack from the cold once. It was a self inflicted wound and fortunately was the only thing that cracked. If you winter in Northern Nevada you'll need to wrap your water supply line. I hope you're RV is well insulated too. When it's too cold our heat pump won't kick in, we have to run the propane furnace. We love Nevada though.

We split the winter between AZ and NV. We spend first half of the winter in AZ. Then on about Feb 15th we go to Pahrump NV, where we spend the rest of the winter.

We live in Carson City and like Wolfpack said Northern Nevada can get pretty cold in the winter. I would think Southern Nevada would be better in a RV for the winter months(unless you like to ski.)
