Wiper blades

Have a 96 class A Georgie Boy and having trouble finding wiper replacements that are same as old. Can this be an issue with older motorhomes or maybe I should try a truck stop

Truck stop or large truck parts house should have the size wiper blades you will need.

Wiper Blades

I could not find a 24" "horizontal" hole replacement. Had to buy a blade and drill it to mount. Next time in an RV shop found the correct blade at almost $50. Now that I've been sensitized I found the right blade at Big Lot for $12.

I get my 26" blades at Walmart - they carry the major brands and a variety of sizes.. Sometimes I have to run a drill thru the mounting hole to enlarge it slightly, though.

Found the dyna refills at NAPA, but they have been discontinued. Local Napa had last 2 in stock. Now have to buy complete blade $$. Some here on forum have converted to more common blade???

Found this in school bus parts. I have not dealt with them yet.. Best price so far .http://www.unityparts.com/categories...-Wiper-Blades/

I had to go with refills since no arms I found would fit in the holders. Like the gentlemen stated it would take some modifications. Hopefully arms last a long time or I find replacements looking at places suggested to me. Thanks for the input

Gormie: If your GBM has dyna blades, the unityparts link above has the pantographic wet arms.

I get my 28" blades at Big Lots at $2.50 when available. My rig had 26", but I drilled and bolted the bigger ones on for more visibility. Now I can even find the bigger blades cheaper! I guess due to far less demand. I have another source with them at $4.95, but I don't want to get ripped-off...

Mine were the ANCO 5227 wiper blade......Close to $50.00 each. They are extremely heavy duty, heavy gauge metal in the entire assembly. Not the same in comparison as people talk about going to Walmart and getting something similar and drilling the bolt hole larger. Those wiper assemblies don't even come close. The ones on most class A's are the same as on highway coaches. The ridgidity is no comparison to the "cheapies".
