wipers will not move

I have a 1999 Winni Suncruser. my wipers stopped working suddenly. I can hear something running when I turn the on but don't see any movement on the motor or wipers. Where do I find the motor p/n or information? help?

The wiper connectors under the strip of metal right below the windsheil have come loose. You will need to remove that strip of metal, then you will see the rods in there. You hear the drive bars going back and forth. There is a plastic knuckle that has come loose, probably just on one wiper, but there are two, one on each wiper. You can buy those plastic pieces at many auto parts stores. Remove BOTH plastic knuckes. They snap into the wiper rods. You will need to get a pair of pliers in there to squeeze those knuckes into the holes that hold them. A pain in the ass, but doable. Oil or lubricate the joints and knuckes under there then put it back together. You will have to remove both wipers, with pliers, before you can get that stip of metal off. Mark positions of your wipers so that you get in the same position that they are now. I've had it do twice on y 1990 dodge, this is a dodge repair, if you have another model ...... Good Luck!!!
